Members of this class of citizen are often considered inferiors by the very nature of their jobs, and this is absolutely correct, for the nature of their jobs is to find someone superior to themselves, and softly voice agreement to every single thing that person says. Their 'Representative for Life and Death' is a man named Ee-es (pronounced E-S, or more accurately written, Yes) Cir, hence the professions alternate title of 'Ee-es Men'.
